Those experiencing anxiety & depression
You may feel anxious all the time and be aware of your anxiety or you may be constantly fatigued and exhausted. It's possible that you experience sudden and terrifying panic attacks or there might be a constant undercurrent of a tense feeling in your body and mind which has a significant influence on your life. Those who struggle with identity & self-worth
There's a big difference between knowing something and feeling it is true. You may know you are a worthy human being but you may simply not feel it. Â It may be that no matter what people tell you about yourself, it never feels enough to fill this gap inside you. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who struggle with issues related to self-esteem and self-worth. It may feel impossible but together, we can explore the complexities of self-perception and help you heal and build a stronger sense of self-confidence.

I recognise the profound influence that our attachment patterns have on our relationships and self-perception. By addressing attachment issues, we can cultivate healthier, more fulfilling connections with others and with ourselves.
